WBDC Policy for reduced fees, or discounts

A sliding fee scale is offered to individuals who do not have the ability to pay the full cost of services.  Discounts are based upon family/household size and annual income. If you are interested in applying, please ask a member of WBDC’s program team for a  reduced fee scholarship application.
