WBDC educates women entrepreneurs on how to start and operate successful businesses, always striving to be the best they can be.  WBDC encourages its clients continually to Raise the Bar for themselves.    WBDC also continues to Raise the Bar for itself!  We do this with a proven holistic approach to community and economic development. 

WBDC began as a public program funded entirely with taxpayer dollars.  Today WBDC is a public/private partnership and an exemplary model of how public and private funders can come together to create vibrant community development projects.
