How Can You Support The Women's Business Development Center?
WBDC is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) agency providing actionable small business
technical training and professional development services to help women succeed
in the world of business. WBDC receives minimal federal and state support,
therefore, funding from corporations and individuals is critical to sustain the
organization. Here is how your corporation can support WBDC:
. Support of Programs and Services
Sponsor one or more of WBDC Entrepreneurial Training Programs, or a Yellow Door
Program.
. Event Sponsorship
Sponsor a FriendRaiser or a Partnership event.
. Scholarship Fund
Help women with limited financial resources access WBDC education.
. Corporate Membership
Membership fees support programs and services to all WBDC clients.
. In-Kind Support
In-kind support to produce and distribute program materials on a quarterly
basis. WBDC's current quarterly expenses:
In-kind support of production and printing of
flyers and brochures
In-kind support of production, printing and
postage of quarterly newsletters
. WebSite Sponsorship
Sponsor the WBDC website and link your company website from the WBDC homepage.
Recognition of your financial support will be individualized based on the needs of your corporation and the level of support provided to WBDC. For example, if you're interested in high-impact visibility, we would orchestrate recognition that specifically addresses your product or service through a comprehensive media and promotional campaign in concert with your marketing department. If you're interested in pin-pointed recognition to targeted audiences, we would develop a straightforward program based on your company's needs.
