WBDC SCHOLARSHIP GUIDELINES
The WBDC Scholarship Fund assures enrollment to eligible applicants regardless of inability to pay by providing fee reductions or full scholarships to low income and disadvantaged clients.
Fees for programs and services are determined by a sliding scale, which is based on yearly income.
